Clad with James Hardie AXON, the facade is painted in Monument, and the Colorbond Nailstrip roof’s concealed fixings are in Monument Matte. The garage door opening is also concealed. Part of the property features window shrouds, and two fireplaces are made of dry-stacked rock cladding. Blackbutt timber decking stands out at the front and rear.
Modern, but timeless features are incorporated throughout the interior, including concealed ‘pop-up’ power points in the kitchen benchtop, concrete island benchtop and hearths, and a home entertainment system from Frankston HiFi. Underfloor heating adds comfort to bathroom floors. Operation of blinds, heating and cooling, the security system, garage doors and lights is automated.
Vertical Joint panelling used for the vaulted kitchen and main living area ceilings adds interest and texture, while windows supplied by Dynamic Windows let in natural light.
