Nestled in the sand dunes surrounding the Moonahs backing onto the beach in St Andrews Beach, this Zeni Baker architectural home was created thoughtfully to create a bespoke, unique one of a kind holiday home.
Although it may be small in size, its big on details. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is packed with special little details throughout.
The cladding consists of bare stone cladding and Darwin stringy bark which will be left to silver off overtime. The internal features consist of a polished concrete floor throughout with hydronic underfloor heating, V groove panelling to all walls with 3m high timber lined ceilings. The kitchen has been hand crafted with Blackbutt cabinetry with a steel-edged concrete in situ benchtop.
The kitchen window opens up onto one of the beautiful decks, connecting the inside out.
With the moody colour pallet, it complements the natural vegetation seen from every room, With the help from Project green landscaping, this was the cherry on top bringing this house to life.
